REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At GJ Enterprises, we take pride in the quality of our products. 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Food and edible products cannot be returned once opened due to 
  hygiene and safety reasons
- Beauty and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us 
within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

REFUNDS
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please provide 
  your bank account details when raising a request

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened food and beverage products
- Opened skincare and beauty products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products without original packaging
